Need to Change or Cancel Your Order?

No problem! We understand it’s common to reconsider a color, catch a measurement error, or realize you forgot an upgrade or option. That’s why we provide a 24-hour window after you place your order before it moves into production. This gives you time to review and request any changes or a full cancellation.

To request a change or cancellation, please email us at support@valueblindsdirect.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, your order will be sent to production, and we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
